Alba Aquaculture has 32 freshwater Crayfish ponds, 3 holding dams and 1 main dam. Alba Aquaculture produces live red claw crayfish mainly to the wholesale fish market in Sydney which are then sold and distributed to restaurants.

Baupal Park Farm is a farm located at Chatsworth growing Macadamia nuts using natural farming practices. We offer an expanding range of macadamia products as well as natural farming workshops.

CC’s Kitchen specialises in rosella products made from rosella fruit grown on the farm. Syrups, jams, dried rosella flowers as well as fresh fruit are available for purchase amongst CC’s vast range direct from the farm, by mail order or from many of the markets and stores that stocks CC’s products.

Noosa Black is a family run coffee plantation established in 2006. With approximately 5,500 trees on site they grow the Arabica K7 origin and because coffee in Australia has no natural pests eliminates the need for sprays. Noosa Black also has 1,200 limes trees.

Our Noosa-grown single origin roasts and hand-crafted blend are all 100% arabica and locally roasted.

We are the only commercial coffee grower in Noosa Shire.

Sandy Creek hens forage on pasture by day, and roost in their mobile chicken trailer at night. The hens’ paddocks are surrounded by a dog proof fence and they are watched over by their maremma guardian dogs – Henry and Sandy
